Booking terms

These terms apply to tours booked through Phuket Rainbow Friends. We act as a booking agent; each tour is run by a licensed operator.

Booking and payment

Requests for the next day are accepted until 20:00 Thailand time.
A booking is confirmed when payment is received. Payment is made in advance, at the latest the day before the tour.
You receive a confirmation with the pickup time. Please tell us right away if you have not received it.

Most tours: free cancellation or date change until 15:00 the day before the tour.
By 18:00 two days before: groups over 8 people, Similan, Surin, Coral Island, fishing and Phi Phi early bird tours.
Private boat tours: cancellation by 18:00 two days before, with a 25% fee.
Simon Cabaret tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds of card payments are reduced by the payment provider fee of about 5%.
No refund for no-shows, late arrival at the pickup point or not joining for personal or medical reasons. Travel insurance is recommended.

Only the operator can cancel a tour for weather or sea conditions. You then get another date or a full refund.
The programme may change because of weather, tides or sea conditions.

Pregnant guests, children under 1 and guests over 70 cannot join speedboat or longtail tours. Pregnant guests cannot join catamaran, ATV, elephant trekking, rafting or zipline tours.
Children travelling free of charge do not get an assigned seat.

Please be in the hotel lobby at the pickup time. If the bus has not arrived 15 minutes after that time, call us right away.
Minibuses have no luggage space.
Thai residents: please tell us the number of Thai guests and bring Thai ID for local park fees.

Please report any issue during the tour to the guide and to us, and send claims within 10 days after the tour date.
